Danika’s Gyros Mix

Ing:

1 lb Chicken breast

2 Tbsp Oil

2 tsp of Danika’s Gyros Mix

Pita Bread

Directions:

Cut the chicken breast into small thin strips. In a pan, add the oil, and put the chicken in.

Sautee for five minutes, then add the Gyros spice and mix well. Then put on low heat and with the lid off simmer for ten minutes. You can serve in pita bread.

Danika’s Tzatziki Dip

Ing:

2 tsp of Danika’s Tzatziki Dip

1 C Cucumber sliced

1 C Sour Cream (Or can substitute for a cup of all natural plain yogurt)

Optional Black Pepper to taste

Directions:

Peel and slice the cucumber into thin slices, in a bowl, add the sour cream or yogurt, mix in the Tzatziki

Dip and then mix in the cucumbers. You can add black pepper in to reach your desired taste. And serve.

Danika’s Kitchen: Crazy Beet Bread

Ing:

Soft French Bread

Cheese Whiz

½ cup (or more optional) Danika’s Sweet and Spicy Beets

Directions:

Pre-cut the bread, pour the cheese whiz all over and then slice the beets, place them all throughout. Put

in oven at 350, for fifteen minutes and serve.

Danika’s Beety Salad

Ing:

1 can of black beans

1 can of sweet corn

1 c Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Lite (Wishbone)

1 C of Danika’s Sweet and Spicy Beets (sliced)

1 C Red Pepper

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Optional Add Fresh Spinach

Directions:

First slice up the Sweet and Spicy Beets. Drain the water from the corn and black beans. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well and serve.

Anthony’s Medley recipe

Ing:

1 Jar of Danika’s Lecho

3 Tbs of Danika’s Curry Sauce

2 Tbs of Danika’s Nutty Peanut Butter Mustard

1 Chicken Breast

1 Clove of Garlic

1 Sweet Apple

1 Small Onion

Directions:

Cut the chicken breast into cubes or you can shred it. Open the Lecho jar, and pour some of the olive oil into the pan

and toss chicken in pan. Add chopped garlic and onion, and peel and slice apples. Then add Curry Sauce and then the

Peanut Butter Mustard and mix all together well. Let it cook for 10 mins. The last step fold in the whole jar of Lecho.

Cover and let simmer on low for 20 minutes and then serve.
